General law applies to our own content. Needs, initiative descriptions and other user content are submitted by the relevant users or initiatives. Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and the DDG apply to that content; there is no general monitoring obligation.
Report potentially unlawful content to info@adiuto.org with the exact URL, a description and reasons. Once we have concrete knowledge, we review the report and remove or restrict content where legally required.
