adiuto for Initiatives & NGOs

adiuto is a free, not-for-profit platform where local initiatives and NGOs — food banks, clothing banks, refugee support groups, homelessness services, disaster relief teams and other associations — publish what they currently need and let donors and volunteers commit to bring it or help in person.

What does it cost?

Nothing. adiuto is free for initiatives, donors and volunteers — no fees, no paid tiers, no premium features. Publishing needs, coordinating donations and shifts, and confirming handovers all cost nothing.

What can we coordinate?

Both goods and time run through the same system: in-kind donations like clothing, hygiene items or food, and volunteer activities including recurring shifts. Whether you're restocking a food bank, sorting a clothing room, staffing a shelter or coordinating disaster relief, you publish exactly what's needed and who can bring it.

How does it work?

You publish needs as Tasks, each with a quantity, a priority and a drop-off location. Donors and volunteers browse Tasks nearby, pledge what they can give or do, and bundle it into a mission. At handover, a QR scan confirms the donation or shift and updates the remaining need automatically, so your list always shows what's still missing.

How do we reach new supporters?

Published Tasks are public and searchable, so people who don't already know your organisation can find a specific, current need nearby and act on it directly — not a general donation, but exactly what you're missing.
