One attempt to coordinate the willingness to help is the website adiuto.org. Simon Gabriel Neuffer, a freelancer, founded the platform in 2015 together with a friend because he saw that the official channels were too slow. Adiuto shows every user what is needed nearby.
All four pieces are in German and describe adiuto.org as it was then. This site is its successor at the same address.
